Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing company to locate their next Senior HR Manager.
Location: Monroe, NC (On-site)
Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 + bonus and benefits
Schedule: Full-time, on-site Monday through Friday

What will your day look like?
- HR Strategy Development: Create and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and maintaining open communication channels.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- HR Data Management: Utilize data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and track HR effectiveness.
Who are you?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, build strong relationships, and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledgeable: Expertise in labor law compliance, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
- Proactive Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to driving results.
